Here's what you need to know about me:
I am a certified fitness professional with over 25 years of experience.  In the past two decades I have traveled the country as a fitness presenter.  I was a regular health and finess contributor for the local NPR station and a guest fitness expert on KJR and KUBE.  I worked as a Senior Fitness Specialist for Group Health Cooperative and I have helped develope many successful group exercise programs at several top fitness facilities.
